Tonight we’re having my cousin Anthony over for dinner. He’s been organizing for Occupy Wall Street since early October but we haven’t found time to see each other until now (turns out changing the world is rather time-consuming).
On the menu: chard, sausage, and lemon lasagna and Dijon-braised Brussel sprouts, with frisée salad, roasted delicata squash, and, for dessert, Belgian milk chocolate gelato with all the caramel you can eat.
